Great article and so true!! It is NOT sustainable in any way, shape or form. To not be able to eat any vegetable or only berries...please!
I personally did KETO for one year and ate ZERO fruit, kept my carbs at 10-12 grams per day, worked out like a fiend and ended up in ICU for 3 days with the hospital doctors telling me I was literally killing myself.
Sodium level at 17, BP 195/130, migraine headache and vomiting!
Who wouldn't want that?? Of course you lose weight - YOU ARE NOT EATING!
